The healing power of creativity is one that cannot be overlooked. Life comes with a lot of ups and downs and some of the best ways to get through them are with creative acts. Making art a priority through a huge life shift helped bring me back to myself and stay afloat.

Creating in alignment has been the best step I’ve taken to flourish in my creativity. This will look different for everyone, and take time to discover what that looks like for everyone, but it’s a step I encourage every person to consider taking.
